¿ What happens if my flight is delayed ?

We have up to date information on the arrival time of your flight, in the event of a delay we get informed immediately in order to reach you without any problem. If your flight is delayed, do not worry, we will be waiting upon your arrival.

¿Where can I find the driver at the arrival in the airport?

The driver will be waiting at the MEETING POINT located in the center of the hall of the airport, with a placard with your name. When you make the reservation you are given a contact telephone number of the driver, which can be used for any unforeseen situation.

¿How much does it cost the service from the airport to my hotel?

See the Price List for the cost of the local service destination.

¿In addition to the amount that comes in the price list, is there any additional cost to pay?

On the price list you have the information of the final cost, taxes, extras and tunnel toll if applicable are included in the price.

If you travel with bicicles there is an extra of 5 €.

¿How can I book the return to the airport?

You can book the return from the same reservation form, or if you would like to return with the same taxi driver and car, you can book with the driver the return to the airport.

Transport conditions:

The sending of the booking form implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions of transport by the contractor, from now on the Client.

Taxi Tour Mallorca is committed to fulfilling the contracted service once we have confirmed your reservation request.

Taxi Tour Mallorca reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the following cases:

• In the event that any data provided by the client are false.
• If the target data does not match the reservation form.
• If the customer fails to notify the transport of animals previously.

There is not a price increase for waiting time on delays or lost luggage.

The children are treated as a passenger regardless of age.

Payment is always made once the service is done.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Telebanco.

If the flight is affected by changes after the receipt of the booking form, Taxi Tour Mallorca will take the information received from AENA as the definite of the same.
